I highly recommend Todd Terray and his staff at Sound Waves for engine room noise reduction and/or thermal insulation systems. They recently replaced our thermal insulation on Sojourn’s three Caterpillar 3412 main engine exhaust systems. We also added soft sound-reduction enclosures on our 65 and 100 Kilowatt John Deere main generators located in the engine room. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail and a timely delivery sets Sound Waves well above their competition. I had some unusual request regarding the aesthetics of the generator enclosures that Mr. Terray promptly addressed, without drafting a change order. Impeccable customer service is obviously a trait that is critical to the mega yacht industry and Sound Waves delivers.
